Late Note

Pilot Status

Central Eastside, Portland OR
In Development

Nothing here is placed yet. This is the real build — priced, sourced, and reviewed line by line before the first machine ships.

Roadmap

  1. 01 · planned

    30-Day Hardware Pilot

One cooperative Central Eastside venue. Validate payment flow, spray output, product fit, placement, instructions, tamper controls, and real servicing time.

Under 150 vends → relocate or stop after two tested fixes.

  2. 02 · planned

    90-Day Three-Venue Cluster

One dance/electronic room, one broad live-music venue, one community venue — same operating standard, controlled lineup variation.

150–299 vends → iterate placement, copy, lineup, and price.

  3. 03 · planned

    Route Expansion

Only after payback, host satisfaction, and uptime targets are met. Then Old Town, Mississippi/Alberta, and selective hotels.

300+ vends/month → scale candidate at $4 if uptime and host metrics pass.

Sourcing — planned lineup

Each lane is planned to run genuine bottles bought at retail and connected directly to the machine — not a distribution or licensing deal with any brand. Chosen against real 2025/2026 US bestseller data, not invented.
